“This is the house wine at ‘Au Sauvignon’, a great wine bar in Paris. After enjoying it over several tartines of goat cheese and pâté I decided to call to ask if I could buy some for New York. ‘Oui, bien sur’ (yes, of course) was the answer. But when visiting and tasting through various tanks of young vines, different parcels and old vines, I was told they blend it together to make their cuvée.
